Day two, which begins at 10am, is dedicated to horses in training, and features the exciting Fairyhouse bumper winner Keskonrisk (236) and Dromahane four-year-old maiden winner Vanillier (245), both of whom will be offered by Timmy Hyde's Camas Park Stud.
That pair will be followed into the ring by Soviet Pimpernel (247), who was last seen running away with the Grade 3 Irish Independent Hurdle for Peter Fahey.
Goffs UK's newly appointed managing director Tim Kent said: "The January Sale has taken big steps forward in recent years and as it hosts the UK's only National Hunt mare and foal session, we have worked hard to ensure it remains a leading outlet for the category.
"We have once again been well supported by UK and Irish breeders and have a strong line-up this year which is sure to attract owners, trainers, pinhookers and breeders from throughout Europe.
"The sale's point-to-point and form horse session has attracted the cream of the Christmas and New Year pointers and bumper performers with early entries featuring some superb horses, headlined by Timmy Hyde's Keskonrisk and Vanillier.
"Group 3 Hurdle winner Soviet Pimpernel is also another headline lot and one that is sure to attract plenty of attention with his multiple Cheltenham Festival entries. We look forward to further enhancing the horses-in-training section with supplementary entries over the coming weeks."
The January Sale also plays host to the annual TBA National Hunt stallion showcase, which will see 16 stallions available for viewing in yard B on the Tuesday of the sale.
The stallions due to be paraded are Dartmouth, Dragon Dancer, Falco, Flag Of Honour, Forever Now, Frammassone, Frontiersman, Gentlewave, Harbour Law, Jack Hobbs, Linda’s Lad, Masterstroke, Pether’s Moon, Scalo, Sun Central and Telescope.
