1 The self-fulfilling prophecy underpinning strong trade
Whichever way you slice the results, trade at the Goffs Land Rover Sale was notably strong.
Some 440 lots came under the hammer during Part One, a ten per cent year-on-year increase, and 394 of those found a buyer for a rock-solid clearance rate of 90 per cent. That figure of 394 means 41 more lots sold than in Part One in 2021, when the clearance rate was 88 per cent.
