A breeding right to Darley's red-hot young sire Blue Point has sold for €430,000 on the Darley winning bid platform.

Last year's record-breaking first-season sire has enjoyed another banner year, with his Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere winner Rosallion going on to land the Irish 2,000 Guineas and St James's Palace Stakes.

Another son from his first crop, Kind Of Blue, delivered on his abundant promise when capturing the British Champions Sprint Stakes, while the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint-winning Big Evs landed the Group 2 King George Stakes and was Group 1-placed when third in the King Charles III Stakes at Royal Ascot this term.

The unbeaten Group 2 winner Sky Majesty is one of seven black-type performers from his second crop this season.

Blue Point's yearlings also sold for up to €850,000 this year, while he's fully booked for 2025 for an increased fee of €100,000 (from €60,000 in 2024).
