Siblings to 11 Group 1 winners feature in the Tattersalls December Yearling Sale, including a Dark Angel half-sister to Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere winner Camille Pissarro and a Nathaniel half-brother to Irish Champion Stakes hero Economics.

With star graduates including recent Cox Plate heroine Via Sistina, this year's sale includes full or half-siblings to 65 Group and Listed winners catalogued and 32 yearlings out of Group and Listed-winning dams.

Also among the siblings to Group 1 winners is a Saxon Warrior three-parts brother to French Derby winner and Group 1-winning sire Study Of Man, while there is a Kingman colt out of Queen Elizabeth II Stakes winner Persuasive, a Siyouni colt out of British Champions Fillies & Mares Stakes winner Madame Chiang and a Showcasing colt out of Irish 1,000 Guineas winner Pleascach.

Nine yearlings catalogued are eligible for the £25,000 Tattersalls October Book 1 Bonus Scheme, with a further 27 eligible for the £150,000 Tattersalls October Auction Stakes and the £100,000 Tattersalls Somerville Auction Stakes. The catalogue also features 35 fillies already entered for the Great British Bonus and one lot qualified for French Owners’ Premiums.

Exciting first-crop sires are also well represented, including Group 1 and Classic winners Palace Pier, Space Blues, St Mark's Basilica, Starman, Supremacy and Victor Ludorum.

Tattersalls chairman Edmond Mahony said: "The combination of quality and value for money is the key to the popularity of the Tattersalls December Yearling Sale and the extraordinary success of 5,000gns purchase and now five-time Group 1 winner Via Sistina, as well as the 1,000,000gns pinhooking triumph at this year’s Craven Breeze-Up Sale have been spectacular advertisements for the sale.

"The 2024 renewal features consignments from many of Britain and Ireland’s most successful nurseries and in addition to a host of well-bred yearlings, buyers will also find a large number of yearlings eligible for lucrative £25,000 Tattersalls October Book 1 Bonuses, Great British Bonuses and the ever popular £150,000 Tattersalls October Auction Stakes."

The sale takes place on November 25 and the catalogue can be viewed here
