Peace Envoy to stand for €2,500 during first season at stud in Italy
Former Coolmore runner won a Group 3 for Aidan O'Brien
Peace Envoy will be part of the 2020 roster at Allevamento di Besnate di Pierantonio near Milan after being bought by Dr Massimo Farina.
The son of Power has his first yearlings on the ground this year, having spent two years at Worsall Grange Stud in North Yorkshire. He was offered for sale by private treaty in a dispersal of assets back in the summer.
Peace Envoy, who was trained by Aidan O’Brien for Coolmore, won the Group 3 Anglesey Stakes as a juvenile and finished a close third in the Prix Morny.
He said: "We bought him because we was looking for precocity and speed; in Italy stallions with speed are very appreciated.
"The breeding season will start on February 15 but we are sure to receive many Italian mares. I own Peace Envoy by myself and I will send him to Allevamento Besnate di Pierantonio only for the period of the breeding season."
