First runner for Triple Crown hero Justify at the Curragh on Sunday
Coolmore's unbeaten star of the track-turned-sire has Aspen Grove flying flag
If anyone asked where unbeaten Triple Crown winner Justify were to have his first runner, it's probably safe to assume that you would have got long odds against it being at the Curragh on Irish 1,000 Guineas day.
However, the Tally Ho Stud Irish EBF Fillies' Maiden (1.40) on Sunday is the race in which a produce of Justify will grace the racecourse for the first time - and you would probably have got decent odds about Fozzy Stack being the trainer of the horse in question too.
Aspen Grove could well be the answer to a quiz question in years to come as the first runner, and potentially winner, by the son of Scat Daddy, who stands at Coolmore's Kentucky base.
Bred by Glen Hill Stud and racing in the silks of Craig Bernick, Aspen Grove is the first foal out of Data Dependent, who was second in the Grade 3 Jimmy Durante Stakes at Del Mar for Chad Brown at two.
She is a More Than Ready half-sister to Skitter Scatter, by Scat Daddy, whose finest hour came at the Curragh when victorious in the Group 1 Moyglare Stud Stakes for owner-breeders Sonia and Anthony Rogers.
Trained by Patrick Prendergast, she also won the Group 2 Debutante Stakes and Group 3 Silver Flash Stakes at two.

Their dam Dane Street is a Street Cry half-sister to Intense Focus, who won the Dewhurst, out of the Group 3-placed Daneleta, a full-sister to Group 3 winner Danelissima, and it is the Jim Bolger family of Group 1 winners and National Hunt sire Soldier Of Fortune and Sholokhov.
Never Ending Story is an excellent name for a filly from the latest generation descended from the matriarch Urban Sea, and the Dubawi two-year-old is an eyecatching debutante.
Trained by Aidan O'Brien for the Coolmore partners, she is the first foal out of Athena, who won the Grade 1 Belmont Oaks in 2018 and was third to Urban Fox in the Pretty Polly Stakes. She is a Camelot full-sister to the ill-fated Group 3 and Listed winner Goddess and a three-parts sister to Irish Oaks winner Bracelet and Rockfel Stakes winner Wading, whose Dansili daughter Just Wonderful emulated her by winning the Rockfel and was Group 1-placed at three in the Matron Stakes and Belmont Oaks.
Athena is a daughter of Cherry Hinton, who was one of Urban Sea's least successful offspring on the track, with her best result being a second in the Group 3 Blue Wind Stakes, but she is upholding her dam's elegacy as a broodmare. Cherry Hinton is a Green Desert three-parts sister to champion Sea The Stars and a half-sister to Group/Grade 1 winners Galileo, Black Sam Bellamy and My Typhoon.
On Thursday a Saxon Warrior filly became the most expensive horse ever sold at Tattersalls Ireland when making €520,000 at the breeze-up sale. Two more daughters of the 2,000 Guineas winner make their debuts on Sunday in this contest.
Cyber Attack was bred by Noel O'Callaghan's Mountarmstrong Stud and sold for €200,000 to Daithi Harvey for Highland Yard LLP at last year's Goffs Orby Sale. Trained by Gavin Cromwell for Lyndsay Laroche, the same connections as Princess Yaiza, she is a half-sister to Listed Cammidge Trophy winner Royal Commando and to Yazaman, who was second in the Richmond, July and Windsor Castle Stakes at two.
Their dam Online Alexander is by Acclamation and was second in the Listed Flying Fillies Stakes and is out of a half-sister to Haydock Sprint Cup winner and sire Red Clubs.
Lan Cinnte is a homebred for Denis and Joan Brosnan of Croom House Stud and she is out of Yellowhammer, a Raven's Pass half-sister to the dam of Prix de Diane winner Channel, out of the Cheveley Park Stakes winner Magical Romance, who is a Barathea three-parts sister to triple Group 1 winner Alexandrova.

In the concluding three-year-old fillies' maiden (5.20), Aidan O'Brien runs Engagement Ring for the first time. She is a Galileo full-sister to the Irish Derby and St Leger winner Capri and to Passion, who won the Group 3 Stanerra Stakes and was placed in the Irish Oaks, British Champions Fillies & Mares Stakes and Ribblesdale.
Ballylinch Stud's John O'Connor bred the star-crossed Lady Kaya, who won the Group 3 Priory Belle 1,000 Guineas Trial at Leopardstown and was second to Skitter Scatter in the Moyglare Stakes and Hermosa in 1,000 Guineas for Sheila Lavery.
O'Connor retained her Fascinating Rock half-sister and, named Lightship, she makes her debut for Lavery in the same race.
