Windsor Park Stud have released their stallion fees for 2018, with Group 1-producing sire Rip Van Winkle due to stand for an increased fee this breeding season.

The 12-year-old, whose haul of 22 stakes winners is headed by Group 1-winning two-year-old Dick Whittington, will stand for NZ$12,500 (£6,480/€7,340) (all fees plus GST) later this year having commanded a fee of NZ$10,000 in 2017.

His latest stakes winner came last weekend, courtesy of Hawkesbury Gold Cup winner Kingsguard, while he has sired 55 individual Australasian winners during the 2017-18 season.

Heading the roster is shuttle sire Charm Spirit, whose fee for 2018 remains unchanged at NZ$18,000.

The first crop of yearlings by the three-time Group 1 winner, who stands at France's Haras de Bonneval during the northern hemisphere season, sold to a top of NZ$400,000 (£207,000 / €235,000) at this year's Karaka sales, the highest fee achieved for any first-crop stallion.

Multiple Group 1 winner Turn Me Loose, a son of Iffraaj, will stand for an unchanged fee of NZ$15,000.

The winner of the three top-level races during his career, including the 2016 Futurity Stakes over 1400 metres at Caulfield, he was well supported during his first season in 2017, covering a book of 145 mares.

Shamexpress, who was represented by his first winner in February when Xpressmymind broke her maiden by three lengths over 900 metres at Riccarton, will stand for an unchanged fee of NZ$12,500.

A champion three-year-old and winner of the 2015 Caulfield Cup, Mongolian Khan has over 100 first-crop weanlings on the ground, and his fee for 2018 remains at NZ$10,000.

The roster is completed by Rageese, the beautifully-bred, Group 1-placed two-year-old whose fee has been dropped to NZ$5,000 from NZ$8,000, and Group 1 winner Vanbrugh who will stand for a reduced fee of NZ$5,000, down from NZ$6,000.

Falkirk remains on the Windsor Park Stud roster but will stand for a private fee.
