Rod Street is still in shock. Our interview takes place a couple of hours after he stepped out of a hotel in Victoria and saw a member of the Household Cavalry being unseated while trying to catch loose horses careering through London.

"It happened in front of my very eyes," says Street, who was among the first to offer assistance. 

Thankfully, all horses and soldiers are said to be making a good recovery.
